FAQ

How do you determine a card’s condition?
We have a ‘grading’ system based on card condition which consists of NM (Near Mint), EX (Excellent), GD (Good), PO (Poor) and DMG (Damaged). We don’t often sell anything below Good condition but this depends on the rarity of the card. Anything that we judge to be below ‘Good’ condition will also have a photograph on the website. Single cards worth over £1.00 less than Near Mint will also always have photos so that you can decide for yourself as to whether the condition is too poor for you or not.

NEAR MINT/NM - Perfect or almost perfect, may have one or two very minor marks.
EXCELLENT - A couple of minor marks or a little bit of whitening, but not really noticeable. Usually very minor corner wear.
GOOD - Noticeable minor damage on the card
POOR - Quite a few noticeable marks, creases and any other damage.
DAMAGED - Might look like it’s been through a washing machine. We will almost never sell anything in this condition though.

When do I need to place my order for it to be dispatched same day?
Preferably before 2.30pm, however if we’re not super busy and the means allow us we will still do our best so long as it’s before 5pm (but we can’t guarantee this). We send out Monday-Saturday (excl bank holidays).

How fast can I get my order?
Well this depends on where you live and when you place the order! If you’re in the UK, we will always send via Tracked services, either Royal Mail 48 or 24. Whilst we’ll dispatch as fast as we can, after that point how long it takes really depends on the mail carrier.

Do you buy singles or bulk?
We do, but we really need to look at it in person to give a yes or no as we need to look at condition and make sure the cards are legit (it’s not that we don’t trust you!). The best way to arrange this with us is to either catch us at an event or arrange a meeting to have a look and discuss prices etc.
